How it Works

Our mail in service begins with submitting for a work estimate.

After you receive an estimate it's time to ship. If the device has a passcode lock either remove it or include passcode in package. This is needed to perform post repair device testing. Send what we need only:

Ship ipads in housing with no screen or LCD or just the board, unless a screen replacement is part of the repair. We do not open or seal iPads for logic board repairs- There is a $25 fee to open an ipad and will be shipped back disassembled.

iPhones may be shipped intact with screens and we disassemble as part of the repair service.

Repair turn around time is 3-5 business days. You will be notified once work is completed and sent an invoice for payment. Your device will be shipped out once payment is received. Return shipping, USPS First Class mail is included in the price. Any other shipping method will have an additional charge. If you'd like to insure your package figure $4 for every $200 value, approximate.
